HOW TO APPLY LASHES:
1. Prepare! Grab your eyelash glue, scissors, mirror and mascara. Before you start, if you plan on wearing eye makeup or eye liner, We highly recommend finishing your eye makeup and a base of eyeliner before applying your eyelashes to help with blending. *Light Color Eyelash Tip: Applying a few coats of mascara before your lashes may help with blending especially for lighter color lashes.
2. Gently remove the lash strips from the packaging by pulling gently at the base of the lashes vs pulling on the lash fibers themselves. Once removed, hold the lash strip close against your natural lash line and at the desired placement on your eyelid. Here you will want to examine and size the lashes to fit your eyes accordingly. Trim the ends of the lash strip down as needed to comfortably fit your eye width without the lash strip hanging over either corner of your eye. *Beginner Tip: Try trimming the lashes a little shorter than your actual eye width for an easier application but to still have a lash/eye enhancing effect.
3. Apply lash glue to the outer seam of the eyelash strip with the lash glue applicator or a small brush. Allow the adhesive to slightly dry/tack up before applying it to your lash line. General wait time is about 10-15 seconds, depending on your lash glue product, atmosphere and air conditions. Lash glue tends to dry a little quicker in warmer room temperatures.
3. This is where patience, a little practice and some preferences come into play! Once your glue has slightly dried as instructed above, using a lash applicator or your fingers, grab the base of the lash fibers without touching the glue, center the lash to your eye close but above your lash line. Gently place your lash strip. Generally it helps to place your lash strip center first then adjust and place the outer edges after you have your lash center placed. This is the trickiest part, don't get discouraged. If you struggle here, just simple remove, reglue, wait and repeat.
4. Adjust the lashes as desired and allow to dry naturally for 30 seconds or more.
5. Once your lashes are dry and feel comfortable on your eye, move on to the mascara. Apply the mascara to the under side of your natural lashes and wiggle the mascara wand into the lash fibers of the lash strip. For additional blending and intensity, apply mascara on both the lash fibers on the strip and your natural lash, lifting and wiggling both underneath and on top of your lashes/lash strip to give a curled and blended affect. Blending your lashes with the mascara should also help with additional comfortability of your lashes.
6. Touch up eyeliner, eyeshadow or any other makeup around your lashes to complete your look!
HOW TO REMOVE:
1. Using an eyemaker remover or makeup wipe. Gently place the makeup wipe or eye makeup remover (on a cotton ball/q-tip/or soft cloth) on your eye and press for about 5-10 seconds.
2.Using a gentle but firm sweeping motion, rub your remover across your lash line.
3. Repeat steps 1 through 2 as needed.Your lash should start to feel loose and should start to fall off.
4. Once your lash strip is no longer attached, gently pull the lash from your eye. From here you can gently wash your lash by removing the old adhesive and mascara with makeup remover or a specific eyelash cleanser, allow the lash strip to dry then store in your lash case for reuse!
